Top Theme Park Apps on iOS in Germany: Q3 2025

The third quarter of 2025 showcased interesting trends in the performance of the top theme park apps on iOS in Germany. Here’s a closer look at the download and active user metrics for these popular apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Europa-Park & Rulantica saw fluctuating weekly downloads, peaking at around 6.4K in mid-July and closing the quarter with approximately 5.4K downloads. Active users showed a general upward trend, starting at about 29.3K and reaching around 37.3K by mid-August, before settling at 31.9K by the end of September.

The Karls app experienced a peak in downloads in late July with over 8.1K. However, these numbers dropped significantly towards the end of the quarter, finishing with roughly 3.4K downloads.

Phantasialand showed a steady performance with downloads peaking at 6.6K in early August. Despite a decrease in downloads towards the end of September, active users increased notably, starting at 10.7K and ending at 14.4K.

Heide Park Resort had a notable increase in weekly downloads in early August, reaching about 5.3K. The app’s active users peaked at 17.3K at the beginning of September but saw a decline to 9.6K by the end of the month.

Lastly, Disneyland® Paris showed a steady increase in downloads, with numbers peaking at 3.8K in the last week of September. Active users remained relatively stable, starting at 9.1K and peaking at 13.6K in early September.
